How does the ? subscription work?

Thanks to the subscription available on our product sheets, you have the possibility of receiving your favorite products, at the frequency of your choice, directly to  your home.

You receive your product the first month, then every month, every two or every three months (or a refill for the anti-blemish food supplement).

You are charged according to the chosen reception frequency, on the date of your initial purchase. Also, delivery is free for any subscription over €70.

The subscription formula is without commitment, you can cancel it or change the frequency of reception directly from your customer account in the "Subscriptions" section. Any changes must be made 48 hours maximum before the renewal date initially planned to be taken into account.

Subscription to the subscription is only available on our website.

What are the advantages of subscribing ?

Choosing the subscription allows you to receive your favorite products every month, every two months or every three months directly to your home.

Also, by subscribing you benefit from  10% or 15% discount  on all your receptions.

The subscription is without obligation, you can cancel or modify* the frequency of reception directly from your customer area, in the "subscriptions" section.

You also have the option to “Suspend my subscription” and resume the following month.

*Any change to a subscription must be made 48 hours maximum before the initially planned renewal date in order to be taken into account.

Can I add other products to my scheduled delivery and receive them at the same time as my renewal ?

Yes, you can complete your order with other Alaena products which will be sent to you at the same time as your renewal.

From your customer account, "Subscription" tab, "Manage my subscription", you can directly add one or more products to your next scheduled delivery. Ideal for discovering a new product or launching a new subscription.

What is the difference between single purchase and subscription ?

By opting for the subscription, you benefit from a 10% or 15% reduction.

However, each month you receive the same product as the one received the first month (same packaging, same conditioning), except for the food supplement where you will receive a glass bottle then a refill.

What actions are available to manage my subscription ?

Your subscription is completely flexible and you can manage it directly from your customer account.

You will be able to:

  • change your delivery frequency,
  • add products to your next delivery on an ad hoc basis without subscribing to them, for example, by adding a new product or a box,
  • check or change your next shipping date or delivery address,
  • temporarily suspend delivery of your subscription products during your vacation, etc.,
  • cancel your subscription.

Is the subscription available abroad ?

Yes, the subscription is available for all countries.

On each expedition, the  delivery costs  will be equivalent to those applied for the country concerned.
