Alki Alki is a furniture workshop founded in 1981 in Itsasu, a small village in the Basque Country, in a rural, little-industrialized environment. It was to try to remedy this that the company was created on the initiative of five friends who united their ideas, their strengths and their hopes. Imbued with its ancestral and technological know-how, Alki today offers a contemporary interpretation of conviviality and distributes its products throughout the world, participating in the design of numerous spaces. |
Paper lighting and dividers For Molo Design, paper is a way to shape space and light. Taking a blank sheet of paper and giving it value through creative expression has a long history in literature, music, art, and architecture. There's a profound magic in paper's potential to become anything you imagine. To celebrate the importance of paper in Molo's designs, and to pay homage to all those who transform this humble material into something precious, the studio created these flexible paper walls and cloud-like pendant lights. |
