Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background?
My name is Jérémy Ferreira, I am 30 years old and I am honored to share with you a little of my journey and my experiences.
As a child, I was always passionate about trials cycling. For eight years, I had the honor of representing France internationally. With three French championship titles and two world championship bronze medals, trials cycling is a discipline that taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of surpassing oneself.
For seven years, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a volunteer firefighter. These years allowed me to develop a deep sense of dedication to my community and strengthen my skills in emergency management. My initial commitment as a volunteer firefighter ultimately led to a professional career with the Paris Fire Department. Joining this prestigious unit was a defining moment in my life.
Whether in the field as a firefighter or on the course in a bike trials competition, I have always been driven by a constant desire to surpass myself. Each challenge I have encountered has allowed me to grow and become stronger, both physically and mentally. That's why I created La Loge, to inspire others to surpass themselves.
Tell us about the concept of La Loge? What does it consist of?
La Loge Gym Club is much more than just a gym. It's a response to a specific demand in a market where gyms are multiplying, often offering low-cost memberships, but at the expense of quality and support.
At La Loge, our concept is based on the idea of providing a premium service accessible to all levels, with a particular focus on support. Unlike large, impersonal gyms, we prioritize a personalized experience and individual support.
To this end, we have set up small group sessions every day with varied themes, where each class accommodates a maximum of eight participants. This limit guarantees optimal quality and allows our coaches to closely monitor each individual.
No matter your fitness level, our coaches are here to tailor each session to your needs and abilities. At La Loge, we are a community committed to supporting everyone in their quest for wellness and performance.
A little anecdote: "The idea behind 'La Loge' was born from my passion for sport and my experience in rugby stadiums, where premium boxes are high-end places. Observing these select spaces, I asked myself: why not offer this same quality of service, but make it accessible to all?
So, at La Loge Gym Club, we've transformed the notion of a 'Loge' into a place where everyone can enjoy a premium experience. It's our way of democratizing luxury, offering our members personalized support and attention to detail worthy of stadium VIP boxes, regardless of their fitness level.

Who did you surround yourself with to design this place?
With the invaluable help of Olivier Granet-Sotis , I was able to bring my vision for La Loge to life. Together, we worked on every detail to create a space that perfectly matches the idea I had in mind: my dream gym where I could see myself joining. Olivier brought his design expertise to life, making this space both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I am grateful for his essential contribution to the realization of La Loge Gym Club.
What is the link between sport and beauty?
I see exercise as a pillar of beauty. Regular exercise tones muscles, improves posture, and releases endorphins, contributing to a more dynamic and radiant overall appearance. By investing in our physical health, we cultivate a natural, timeless beauty that transcends superficial appearances.
