The studio undertook the interior design of the house, preserving its appearance and historical value while giving it a contemporary touch with a Parisian accent that transformed it into an elegant and comfortable French Basque villa.

Dressed in noble and natural materials such as terracotta, oak, and black marble from Markina, a small town near San Sebastian. In the living room, light filters through a glass door, playing hide-and-seek with the round mirror that occupies a prominent place. The work of art Big Round by Sabine Marcellis and Brit Van Nerven welcomes visitors upon arrival with a magical light show.
The Ulia Suite
The room has a bathtub where you can enjoy a beautiful view of San Sebastian and a magnificent glass-enclosed bathroom with an extra-large terrace where you can see the sunset.
Mount Ulia served for centuries as a lookout for whaling. Today, the hill boasts a new lighthouse, Mendi Argia. A luminous retreat that serves as a guide and helps us understand San Sebastian in all its simplicity and complexity.
