Have you thought about cooking with your beauty oils?
Choosing your vegetable oil
Vegetable oils are derived from seeds, legumes, nuts, and certain fruits. When purchasing your vegetable oils, choose non-esterified oils , meaning they have not been chemically modified by the addition of alcohol. We recommend cooking with high-quality, pure, cold-pressed organic vegetable oils. Choosing your vegetable oils is the same as choosing your cosmetics. In fact, many oils have the advantage of being used in both cosmetics and culinary dishes.
All vegetable oils are rich in essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6), which play a vital role in health and skin. It is preferable to use vegetable fats rather than animal fats such as butter. Unlike vegetable fats, which are excellent for the body because they do not contain cholesterol, animal fats are bad for the heart.
