What is your morning ritual?
I start by spraying my face with the water mist then I put the eye contour on the sensitive area around the eyes, making sure to apply the gestures from the inside out to drain and thus wake up my eyes. Afterwards I apply the sensitive skin moisturizer which I complete with the spf50+ sunscreen , a very high tinted protection, I use it like a foundation to avoid the pregnancy mask if I expose myself to the sun.

Your evening routine?
In the evening I practice double cleansing , because even if I don't wear makeup It is important to remove sunscreens with the texture of the cleansing oil . Then to prevent the appearance of imperfections due to hormonal changes, I apply the anti-imperfection solution . Its formula based on retinoid-like active ingredients helps smooth skin texture and reduce inflammation. 2 to 3 times a week, I apply the fruit acid peel to restore radiance to my complexion.

What care do you apply to your body?
I alternate between the Summer Garden Radiance Balm and the invigorating massage oil .
2 textures that offer biodiversity to my skin to prevent stretch marks, relieve heavy legs and deeply moisturize. I massage myself starting with the feet and moving up to the chest using the palpate-roll technique. Through this body ritual, I take time for myself morning and evening, which also allows me to familiarize myself with this new body.
